Your Agreement with CoreCuts
This website is owned and operated by Christopher Lawrence. By using corecuts.shop (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Purchases are for personal, non‑commercial use.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to misuse the Site, including but not limited to:
Uploading viruses or malicious code.
Using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts.
Attempting unauthorized access to our servers.
Interfering with the integrity of the Site.
Using the Site for illegal purposes.
Harassing others or collecting personal information without consent.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for any conduct that violates these Terms, harms our business, or is unlawful.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, product designs — is owned by CoreCuts or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright laws.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@corecuts.shop with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it; however, you can return the package for a full refund within 30 days using our free return process.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, typographical error, or other mistake, CoreCuts reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will notify you if such cancellation occurs.
Shipping & Returns

Sales Tax
Purchases are subject to sales tax based on the shipping destination. As an Arizona‑based business, sales tax is automatically calculated and collected for orders shipped to Arizona addresses. For buyers in other states, tax will be calculated at checkout only if required by local state regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CoreCuts, its owner, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased. CoreCuts’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Dispute Resolution (Informal)
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact CoreCuts directly at info@corecuts.shop to seek an informal resolution. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days.
Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe that any material on our Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to info@corecuts.shop. Your notice should include a clear description of the copyrighted work, the location of the material on our Site, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.
