Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses anywhere in the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Orders totaling $29.99 and below: $5.00 flat rate
Orders totaling $30.00 and above: FREE
Processing Time (Handling Time)
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut‑off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (MST) will be processed the next business day.
What Counts as a Business Day
Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Once processed, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).
Total Delivery Time
4-7 business days from order placement (processing + transit).

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Need to Change or Cancel Your Order
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@corecuts.shop. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, but you may return items for free within 30 days.
Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days from the ship date, please contact us. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 business days. We will promptly initiate a carrier investigation to locate your package.
Extreme Weather & Delays
In the event of weather‑related delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. We will notify affected customers as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation. Such circumstances do not relieve us of our obligation to deliver or refund.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November through January), processing and transit times may be longer than standard. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before any desired delivery date.
